Late Cancellations & No-Show Policy

Thank you for your understanding and adherence to our below cancellation and no-show guidelines:
- All no-show appointments will be charged in full.
- Any changes to an appointment within 3 hours of the scheduled time, including rescheduling, will be charged in full.
- Our policy also applies to late arrivals past 10+ minutes (We are an appointment-based business and rely on you to be on time so that we can stay on schedule for all customers).
- Customers who have two or more no-shows and multiple reschedules within the 3-hour window will be blocked from online scheduling and asked to pre-pay for their appointment.
- These policies are in place not only to protect the business, but our staff as well. Our staff is commission-based. and violating our policy not only affects their income, but also their ability to build their book of business.
