Cancellation & Conduct Policies

LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOW POLICY

Appointments must be cancelled no later than 3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Please cancel your appointment at least 3 hours in advance. Cancellations that are not received within the 3 hour time frame or no-shows will be charged in full, and a credit card will be required at the time of booking for these reasons.
We will always do our best to accommodate clients, but there may be a time that we will not be able to take late arrivals due to time management and COVID protocols. In this circumstance, clients will also be responsible for a full service charge.

CONDUCT POLICY

At THE MEN’S SALON, we are committed to providing a professional and safe atmosphere with the expectation of both stylists and clients to conduct themselves in a respectful manner.
We have a zero tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment, innuendos, advancements, suggestive behavior or language, intimidation, etc. Any attempt in violation of this will warrant immediate legal action.
